Frequently Asked Questions

How many photos/videos do you provide from a wedding shoot?

When you hire SR Media for your wedding photography, we provide you with an extensive gallery of photographs. You can expect a minimum of 400 photos, as well as a full wedding film and a four to five-minute highlights reel.

Do you require a deposit?

In short, yes. We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking in our calendar. This ensures that your booking is guaranteed, and nobody else can book over that time slot. The remaining 50% is due after the wedding, prior to commencing the editing process.

Do you photoshop all of your images?

Couples shots, as well as Bride & Groom Portraits, are enhanced in Photoshop. The remaining photos will be colour corrected and enhanced in Adobe Lightroom. This is to ensure each photo is looking picture-perfect.

How will we receive our wedding photos/video?

You will receive your wedding photographs via Dropbox, or a customised USB. Delivery of your photos will be based on your specific needs.

How long until we will receive our images/video after the wedding day?

Please allow four weeks for your wedding photos, and six weeks for your wedding videos.
